Products Available on Subscription
The following products are currently available for subscription purchase:
- MedBed Recovery Gel — Monthly delivery of our premium terahertz-infused recovery gel, ensuring you always have a fresh supply for your daily wellness routine.
We may add additional products to our subscription program in the future. Any new subscription offerings will be subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
Subscription Terms & Billing
When you subscribe to a MedBed product, you agree to the following terms:
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis and will automatically renew each month until cancelled.
- Your payment method on file will be charged automatically on each billing date.
- Subscription pricing is locked in at the time of your initial purchase. We will notify you in advance of any pricing changes.
- All subscription orders include free standard shipping worldwide.
First Month Promotional Offers
From time to time, RedTherapyMat may offer promotional pricing for the first month of a subscription (for example, "1st Month FREE" or discounted introductory rates). After the promotional period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular monthly rate as stated at the time of purchase. By subscribing to a promotional offer, you acknowledge and agree to the standard recurring charge that follows the promotional period.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment periods, and no questions asked. To cancel, simply send a cancellation request to support@redtherapymat.com with your order number or the email address associated with your account.
Once your cancellation is processed, no further charges will be made and no additional shipments will be sent. Please allow up to 24 hours for cancellation requests to be processed.
Refund Policy for Subscription Orders
Please note that once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, that specific order is not eligible for a refund. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent any future shipments and charges.
If you believe you were charged in error, or if you experience any issues with your subscription order, please contact us at support@redtherapymat.com within 7 days of the charge and we will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Pausing Your Subscription
We understand that life happens. If you need a temporary break from your subscription without cancelling entirely, please email us at support@redtherapymat.com. We can pause your subscription for up to 60 days, after which it will automatically resume unless you request an extension or cancellation.
Shipping & Delivery
Subscription orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of each billing cycle. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information for each subscription shipment.
Changes to This Policy
RedTherapyMat reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our subscription services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
