Is the MB Red Therapy dome safe to use every day?
Yes. The dome uses non-invasive red and near-infrared light at wavelengths (660nm and 850nm) that are widely used in wellness and recovery settings. Sessions are designed for 10–30 minutes of calm, repeatable use.
How soon will I notice a difference?
